As a Kentucky native it’s not often we get hip-hop artists that come out of the blue grass state, but with a style that marries rap & r&b almost as perfectly as Odell Beckham runs routes. Louisville’s own Bryson Tiller’s debut album ‘T R A P S O U L‘ via RCA RECORDS is exactly what you need this fall. The debut goes entirely without features, including production by Milli Beatz, Sky Sense, Fade Majah, hiphop veteran Timbaland, & others.
It’s safe to say Bryson Tiller is here to stay this album is complete with 14 tracks that will solidify your Netflix & Chill.
Since dropping his most famous track “DON’T” its gone viral, being played over 10 million times on soundcloud even being streamed by Apple’s Beats 1 Radio but that’s not the only track you could play off the album a couple million times. From the Intro,to Ten Nine Fourteen,Sorry Not Sorry and Been That Way it’s non stop new waves,he created his own genre, his own wave and named it Trapsoul. The tone of the album is not what you expect,he’s rapping on most of the tracks with a flow you will most likely have to hit replay on. Although Tiller himself has undergone an incredible come-up over the past year, his music has been commercially slept on.
This project transitions from song to song with a melodic flow that in due
time will have the radio buzzing. Tiller’s sound and debut makes for a new face of hiphop/r&b,and now that you’ve been introduced to his music you’ll always want more. Don’t just take my word for it, stream the album below the picture!
